An innovative technology company is seeking an AI Product Manager to help shape the next generation of intelligent advertising products. This role will sit at the intersection of product, machine learning, data science, and engineering, translating complex advertising challenges into scalable AI-driven solutions. The successful candidate will guide the development of features such as predictive models, optimisation systems, automated workflows, and intelligent insights that help advertisers improve performance and decision-making. Working closely with cross-functional teams, this individual will play a key role in defining product strategy, delivering impactful AI capabilities, and ensuring that new technologies create meaningful value for users. This position is based in London with in-office collaboration Monday through Thursday.

Responsibilities:
  • Define and drive the roadmap for AI-powered features including prediction models, optimisation engines, and automated decision systems.
  • Translate advertiser needs and business challenges into machine-learning product opportunities.
  • Collaborate with engineering, data science, and design teams to deliver high-quality AI products.
  • Partner with technical teams to define data requirements, model evaluation metrics, and performance benchmarks.
  • Lead experimentation initiatives such as A/B testing and model performance analysis.
  • Develop clear product documentation including PRDs, user stories, and feature specifications.
  • Ensure AI capabilities are transparent, reliable, and intuitive for users.
  • Balance automation with appropriate levels of user control, configurability, and safeguards.
  • Monitor product and model performance using metrics related to accuracy, adoption, ROI, and customer impact.
  • Align stakeholders across product, operations, and leadership teams through clear communication and product strategy.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, AI/ML, Business, or a related field.
  • 2–5 years of product management experience, ideally in AI, machine learning, AdTech, Martech, analytics, or optimisation platforms.
  • Proven experience delivering data-driven or machine learning-enabled products.
  • Strong understanding of concepts such as model training, prediction systems, optimisation logic, and experimentation frameworks.
  • Experience working with engineering and data science teams in Agile environments.
  • Analytical mindset with experience using SQL, dashboards, or data analysis tools.
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
  • Ability to work from a London office four days per week.
  • Experience with retail media, Amazon Ads, DSP platforms, or marketing technology.
  • Familiarity with generative AI, large language models, or agent-based systems.
  • Experience designing explainability, trust, or governance features for AI systems.
