Head of Year, Complex Needs & Inclusion in Cleckheaton

Whitcliffe Mount A Share Academy seeks a proactive Head of Year to lead on vulnerable pupils, ensuring high attendance and safeguarding standards across allocated cohorts. You will collaborate with the Assistant Headteacher (Pastoral) and Inclusion team to implement strategies, monitor progress, and support individual students with SEND needs.

You will work flexibly, attend Parents' Evenings, and drive targeted interventions.
