Fixed term: 12 months

Starting: end June 2026

Part time: 3 days per week

The office manager is responsible for overseeing the safe and smooth running of the UK offices (including Milan) and operational aspects of running internal events.

Role and responsibilities

  • Maintaining office operations and procedures.
  • Managing office suppliers including but not limited to catering, security, cleaning, and maintenance.
  • Coordinating with the landlord, sub tenants, service providers, and building management.
  • Ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations.
  • Coordinating internal office events, meetings, and training sessions.
  • Forecasting and managing the office budget.
  • Running travel for employees below director level.
  • Overseeing office supplies, equipment, and inventory.
  • Working with IT to ensure the office IT is set up to maximise time efficiency in meetings and whilst hotdesking.
