The office manager is responsible for overseeing the safe and smooth running of the UK offices (including Milan) and operational aspects of running internal events.
Role and responsibilities:
- Maintaining office operations and procedures.
- Managing office suppliers including but not limited to catering, security, cleaning, and maintenance.
- Coordinating with the landlord, sub tenants, service providers, and building management.
- Ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations.
- Coordinating internal office events, meetings, and training sessions.
- Forecasting and managing the office budget.
- Running travel for employees below director level.
- Overseeing office supplies, equipment, and inventory.
- Working with IT to ensure the office IT is set up to maximise time efficiency in meetings and whilst hotdesking.
Criteria:
- Leadership and problem-solving skills.

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
