Working closely with colleagues across the practice and the wider marketing team, you will coordinate and contribute to high-quality bids, presentations, and business development activities. From supporting strategic pursuits and developing persuasive narratives to creating visually engaging submission materials, you will help communicate the expertise, innovation, and collaborative approach that set Whitby Wood apart. This is a hands-on role for someone who enjoys combining strategic thinking, content creation, and visual communication. Role and responsibilities

  • Coordinate and deliver high quality bids, proposals, and tender submissions across a diverse range of locations and sectors.
  • Coordinate with internal teams and external partners to gather information, develop content and maintain up-to-date marketing collateral, CVs and image libraries to produce compelling new documents, presentations, and pitch materials.
  • Support business development initiatives, research on opportunities, client engagement activities, talks and conferences from planning through to follow up.
  • Support project and brand storytelling, including case studies and award submissions. Editing and refining content to ensure clarity, consistency in tone of voice and visual identity, and impact.
  • Assist senior leadership with the delivery of the BD and communications strategy, ensuring efficient organisation, deadline management and high-quality outputs across all BD, marketing and engagement initiatives.

  • Excellent communication, presentation and storytelling skills
