Join to apply for the Step Up Team Leader role at Whitbread. We are recruiting for Sir Thomas Wyatt Beefeater in Maidstone. This position is 20 hours per week, with pay up to £14.01 per hour. Immediate start. Candidates must be over 18 years old.
Contract type: Permanent – we do not offer zero hours contracts.
What you’ll do
- Be the friendly face of Sir Thomas Wyatt Beefeater, welcoming guests and ensuring they have a great dining experience.
- Take charge of the shift as Step-Up Team Leader, providing leadership and coordinating team members.
- Deliver outstanding customer service and represent Whitbread’s standards and values.
- Support development opportunities and a step up in hourly pay as responsibilities increase.

- Hours: 20 hours per week over 4 days
- Rate: From £10.25 up to £14.01 per hour
