We are recruiting a Receptionist for our Premier Inn in Barry Island (Cardiff Airport). This is a fixed‑term role (until Dec 2025) with a 31‑hour week, paid up to £12.56 per hour.
Location: Triangle Site, Ffordd Y Mileniwm, Cardiff, Barry CF62 5QN.
Key Responsibilities
- Greet and assist guests with check‑in and check‑out procedures.
- Co‑ordinate with housekeeping to ensure rooms are prepared.
- Respond to guest inquiries and resolve issues in a timely, courteous manner.
- Maintain accurate cash and diary records.
- Support hotel operations and team in a professional, welcoming environment.
