Join us at Whitbread as the Reward Manager for our UK Operations. You will be a vital force in collaborating with senior Operational and HR leaders across Premier Inn and Restaurants to shape and deliver the reward agenda for our 35,000+ team members and hotel/restaurant managers. You will be at the helm of pivotal reward activities, from ensuring our reward frameworks are applied consistently through to managing our prestigious annual reward and recognition programme. Your influence will extend across our vast operation, driving the annual pay review and incentive process for thousands of dedicated team members and managers.

Location: Whitbread Court, Dunstable, LU5 5XE. Hybrid working.

What you’ll do:

  • Partner with senior Operational and HR leaders to define and deliver the operations reward agenda and roadmap.
  • Lead the design and delivery of the annual reward and recognition programme, working in collaboration with our Operations Directors and Regional Managers.
  • Oversee daily reward activities like job evaluation and salary benchmarking, ensuring alignment with frameworks.
  • Manage key Reward projects across the UK, including the annual pay and incentive cycle for all operations teams.
  • Manage a small team (Advisor and Reward Partner).
  • Develop innovative reward initiatives that support the delivery of our operational goals.

What we need:

  • Reward Management experience in a multi-site and high volume employee-based organisation.
  • A track record of designing and implementing reward initiatives at scale.
  • Strong business partnering skills with senior stakeholders.
  • A thorough understanding of the reward package and how to drive business performance.
  • Experience managing a small team.
