Purpose of the role:
We are looking for an enthusiastic and proactive Brand Campaign Exec to join the Premier Inn Brand Marketing team. This is a broad-reaching role which will see the Brand Campaign Exec support across several areas including multi-million pound above-the-line and through-the-line campaign planning and delivery, with specific focus on the day-to-day support of multiple campaigns across the business. Reporting to the Brand Campaign Manager, the successful candidate will work with the rest of the Marketing function, external agencies, and wider internal teams to ensure the effective delivery of best-in-class campaigns.
In this role, the Brand Campaign Executive will:
- Engage and organise internal & external teams to support the Brand Campaign Manager to deliver seamless campaigns, supporting with the day-to-day detail and stakeholder management.
- Support, and when required, lead the end-to-end owned campaign process from agreed strategy with channel owners, drafting concise creative briefs, overseeing production, delivery and evaluation of campaigns with channel owners.
- Work with our agency partners to utilise and manage a range of paid and owned channels to hit our tightly managed KPIs.
- Help coordinate external agencies to help deliver campaigns in conjunction with the Brand Campaign Manager.
- Support Brand Campaign Manager, Insight team and channel owners to analyse holistic marketing performance, opportunities, optimisation, and aid target setting.
- Support and seek out insight, trends and analytics to help support campaign briefs, plans, reports and wider marketing KPIs.
- Be an ambassador on all Brand campaigns (Premier Inn, hub, ZIP) for internal and external stakeholders.
Minimum Skills/Experience Required:
- Evidence of supporting on delivery of engaging brand Marketing Campaigns and Content in the UK of budgets £3m+, from inception to deployment across owned, earned, shared and paid channels.
- Strong experience of managing the day-to-day running of campaigns, including hands on ATL agency & media agency management, with strong stakeholder management to ensure clear communication and alignment on development, resource and delivery requirements of campaigns.
- Evidence of knowledge of the media landscape across channels (traditional & digital) to support the Brand Campaigns Manager in planning, monitoring and optimising media plans.
