Job Title: Organisation Design Manager Salary: £58,000 – £63,000 Contract Type: Permanent Location: Dunstable, LU5 5XE, hybrid working, minimum of 3 days a week in the office, 2 days from elsewhere We are looking to hire an Organisation Design Manager to support the design and maintenance of the Whitbread organisation. This is a new role within our People Team, offering a broad scope to help shape and define our organisation design practices. The successful candidate will bring expertise in governance, controls, data analysis, insights, and organisation design tools and templates. You will work on projects across our estate, from Operations in hotels and restaurants to our Support Centre (Head Office). External expertise in best practices for Organisation Design will be highly valued. Whitbread is the UK’s largest hospitality business, with over 1,200 hotels and restaurants nationwide.
