We are currently recruiting in our Walsall Town Centre Premier Inn. Working 23 hours per week, paying up to £12.56 per hour.

Come and be a Receptionist at Premier Inn in Walsall Town Centre. As the friendly face of our hotel, use your fun personality and your customer service skills to welcome guests. Help them to rest easy from the moment you check them in – be it a warm smile or joining up with the housekeeping team to get rooms perfect.

PAY RATE: Up to £12.56 per hour

CONTRACT TYPE: Permanent – we don’t do zero‑hour contracts!

HOURS: 23 hours per week across 3 days – evenings and weekends included

LOCATION: Premier Inn Walsall Town Centre, Waterfront, Wolverhampton Street, Walsall, WS2 8LR

What you’ll do:

  • Use your passion for customer service to welcome guests with a warm smile.
  • Manage check‑in and check‑out processes efficiently.
  • Coordinate with housekeeping to ensure rooms are ready and perfect for guests.
  • Provide assistance and information to guests throughout their stay.
