Overview
Come and be a Receptionist at Premier Inn in Harlow North (Harlow Mill). As the friendly face of our hotel, use your customer service skills to welcome guests and help them rest easy from the moment you check in.
Responsibilities
- Greet guests warmly at check-in and check-out, providing a positive first impression.
- Collaborate with housekeeping to ensure rooms are prepared and ready for guests.
- Maintain a clean and organized reception area and handle guest inquiries.
- Support guests with information about local attractions and hotel services.
- Work as part of the reception team to meet guest needs and deliver excellent service.
