Extensible, frictionless payments are a critical enabler for our revenue growth and guest satisfaction across all digital touchpoints. The Product Owner is responsible for executing the roadmaps for Payments and B2B products. This role involves developing expertise in our Payment experiences to ensure scalable flows across Booking, Reservation Amendments, Refunds, and incorporating Premier Inn’s proprietary Business Account facility. The role also owns the continuous improvement process based on customer insights, market trends, and key data analysis.

Salary and Location

Salary: £45,000 - £50,000 DOE

Location: Hybrid role, minimum 3 days per week in our Holborn, London office (EC1N 2TD)

What You’ll Do

  • Own and manage B2B and Payments product backlog
  • Collaborate with payment software providers and partners to leverage insights and support, delivering tactics that add value and foster continuous improvement
  • Work with analysts to ensure product epics and features are aligned with business value and prioritized for maximum commercial benefit
  • Design and develop user journeys and features

  • Experience in developing and owning backlogs for Payment and Checkout products
  • Knowledge of product development best practices to define requirements
  • Ability to utilize analytics and KPIs related to accounts and payments to set feature and product goals
  • Expertise in product design and technical product development
  • Data-driven decision making skills, with proficiency in Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics, and Content Square
