We\’re seeking a commercially astute Procurement Manager to lead a defined portfolio of Corporate Services categories. You\’ll be responsible for selecting, appointing, and managing key suppliers across areas such as:
- Logistics, including distribution, warehousing, waste management and couriers
- Revenue Generation activity, including car parking, vending, gaming
This role is pivotal in driving best-in-class procurement practices, leveraging market insights to shape category strategies and sourcing plans. You\’ll lead tendering and negotiation processes, foster strong supplier relationships, and contribute directly to the delivery of our Brand and Product strategy-supporting long-term growth and innovation across the business.

What you\’ll do
- Category Strategy: Development, implementation & maintenance of optimal sourcing strategies for all key spend areas across the portfolio
- Tendering & Negotiation: Lead end-to-end sourcing, including market approach, documentation, evaluation, and contract negotiation.
- Supplier Management: Identify key suppliers, monitor performance, drive innovation, and ensure service excellence.
- Stakeholder Engagement: Build strong relationships with senior stakeholders and act as a trusted procurement partner.
- Sustainability & Compliance: Embed HSSE, Diversity, and CSR principles in all procurement activities.
Qualifications
- Strong expertise in logistics and supply chain procurement, with 3-4 years category experience
- Proven ability to develop and execute sourcing strategies across complex spend areas
- End-to-end procurement execution: market analysis, sourcing strategy, tender, negotiation, contract award, supplier management
- Skilled in building effective stakeholder relationships and influencing at senior levels
- Confident managing key suppliers and presenting to executive audiences.
