Whitbread PLC, via Premier Inn Portsmouth (Port Solent), is seeking a Duty Manager to help lead the hotel during shifts. You’ll work across reception, housekeeping and the restaurant to ensure guests have a great stay and your team has what they need.
You’ll guide and coach colleagues, handle guest queries, and support different departments to keep the hotel running smoothly. Prior hotel experience isn’t required; strong leadership and calm decision-making matter.
