Overview

Job title: Hotel Manager – Premier Inn Harlow (Potters Arm). Location: Premier Inn Harlow East, Church Langley Way, Harlow, Essex, CM17 9TD. This is a secondment opportunity until 30th June 2026. Salary £28,000 – £29,000. Intro: Become the leader of a hospitality Dream Team and take hotel management at Premier Inn to even greater levels of guest satisfaction. What you’ll do

• Lead and motivate our team of Front of House and Housekeeping and Maintenance to ensure outstanding service and compliance with our brand standards.
• Work with the team to manage daily operations within the hotel, including the bar and kitchen, to keep us the UK\’s number one.
• Understand the bigger picture and what really matters in your hotel to drive improvement and spot commercial opportunities.
• Ensure health and safety standards are met throughout the hotel to maintain our high-quality standards.

Qualifications / Experience

• Previous management experience in the hospitality industry or similar environment where you led a team to success.
• Strong leadership skills with a passion for customer service.
• Excellent team management and communication skills with a warm, genuine approach to people and a capacity to engender trust and win support at all levels.
• Commitment to safety and maintaining high standards of service.
