Premier Inn Edinburgh City Centre (Waverley) is recruiting a Kitchen Team Leader to run the kitchen day to day, including rostering, placing orders and leading the team through busy services. You’ll work closely with the Hotel Manager to own the kitchen from food quality to hygiene.
This hands-on leadership role offers training, apprenticeships and Whitbread benefits, with a view to future senior roles. Based at 24 Rose Street, Edinburgh, 35 hours per week, up to £14.81 per hour.
