As a Technical Product Lead, you'll play a pivotal role in delivering products that improve experiences for guests, colleagues and operational teams while supporting our ambitious Hotel of the Future roadmap. This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced Product Owner, Product Lead or Business Analyst looking to influence large-scale technology transformation and help shape the products that keep our hotels and restaurants running smoothly.

What you’ll be doing:
You’ll support the delivery of product strategy across a portfolio of Hotels & Restaurants technology products, transforming business priorities and customer needs into clear, actionable backlogs and delivery plans. Working closely with engineering, architecture, service, operations and business change teams, you’ll ensure technology products are delivered safely, adopted successfully and continuously improved to maximise value. You’ll be responsible for managing product backlogs, prioritising features, shaping delivery roadmaps and balancing competing priorities, risks and dependencies. Partnering with stakeholders across the business, you’ll help ensure products remain operationally effective, user-focused and aligned to strategic objectives.
What you’ll need:
- Experience as a Product Lead, Product Owner, Business Analyst, Delivery Lead or similar technology-focused role.
- Strong product backlog management and prioritisation skills.
- Experience working within Agile delivery environments.
- Experience working with engineering, architecture, service, release and change teams.
- The ability to translate business requirements into epics, features, stories and acceptance criteria.
