Premier Inn is seeking a CRM Marketing Manager to design, implement, optimise and automate service and transactional CRM communications that enhance the guest experience and support long-term revenue growth.

You will lead CRM initiatives across the guest journey, collaborating with Digital Product, Data and Tech teams to define data triggers and deliver journeys effectively through CRM systems, while continually optimising messaging for engagement and conversion.
