Premier Inn Boston is seeking a Kitchen Team Leader to drive daily kitchen operations and develop junior chefs. You’ll own food ordering, stock levels and cost control while leading the team through busy services and maintaining audit-ready standards.
You’ll work closely with the Hotel Manager to uphold food quality, hygiene and safety, and grow into senior kitchen management roles within Whitbread’s UK portfolio.
