Role Overview

Are you ready to bring customer communications to life and play a key role in delivering impactful, data-driven campaigns? As a CRM Executive, you’ll sit at the heart of our marketing team, helping to create engaging, personalised journeys that connect with customers in meaningful ways. No two days are the same. You could be enhancing our business-as-usual email programme one day and supporting the launch of a new lifecycle campaign the next. Working closely with our CRM Marketing Manager and CRM Developer, you’ll take campaigns from concept to delivery by owning the briefing, build, testing and deployment of communications that truly resonate. This is a fantastic opportunity to develop deep CRM expertise, collaborate with cross-functional teams (including Brand, eCommerce and Data), and see the direct impact of your work through performance insights and continuous optimisation. You’ll gain hands-on experience with leading CRM platforms while contributing to innovation in how we engage and retain our customers. We’re looking for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, is detail-focused, and enjoys solving problems creatively. If you’re passionate about delivering high-quality campaigns and want to grow your career in CRM, this role offers both challenge and reward.

Minimum Criteria

  • Brief, build and manage CRM campaigns from concept to deployment, ensuring on-time delivery.
  • Execute thorough QA processes to deliver accurate, error-free campaigns and distribution.
  • Strong CRM platform user, designing efficient journeys and personalised communications (e.g. Braze, Bloomreach, Hightouch, Tealium).
  • Understand customer data structures and apply segmentation to target relevant audiences effectively.
  • Build campaign reports and analyse performance to generate actionable insights and optimise future activity.
