What you'll do:

  • Lead and motivate our team of Front of House and Housekeeping to ensure outstanding service and compliance with our brand standards
  • Work with the team to manage daily operations within the hotel, including the bar and kitchen, to keep us the UK’s number one
  • Understand the bigger picture and what really matters in your hotel to drive improvement and spot commercial opportunities
  • Ensure health and safety standards are met throughout the hotel and to maintain our high‑quality standards
