Receptionists play a vital role in creating a warm, professional welcome for guests, ensuring a smooth experience from check-in to departure.
This role suits individuals with prior reception or hospitality experience; full training will be provided.
A willingness to learn, a passion for service, and a commitment to delivering excellence are valued.
This position includes weekend shifts, with straight shift patterns scheduled between 8:00am and 8:00pm.
Responsibilities
- Customer Service
- Provide a welcoming first and last impression for all guests.
- Consistently deliver friendly, efficient, and professional service throughout a guest’s stay.
- Exceed expectations by going the extra mile to create memorable experiences.
- Maintain service standards even during technical downtime.
- Be knowledgeable about resort facilities and local attractions.
- Communication
- Complete thorough handovers between shifts.
- Share guest feedback (positive and negative) with relevant departments.
- Handle guest queries and problems professionally and efficiently.
- Systems
- Use basic Word, Excel, and Outlook applications for guest and departmental communication.
- Manage switchboard and telephone systems effectively.
- Follow departmental checklists and understand backup procedures.
