We’re looking for a practical and proactive Maintenance Operative to help keep our holiday park and accommodation in top condition. You’ll carry out a wide range of maintenance tasks and play a vital role in ensuring guests enjoy a safe and comfortable stay.
Responsibilities
- Handle general building and maintenance tasks across our Resort and park facilities, from plumbing to joinery (depending on your skills)
- Maintain, clean, and service hot tubs (including water testing and treatment)
- Provide excellent guest service by resolving queries quickly and minimising disruptions to their stay
- Keep outdoor areas clean, tidy, and hazard‑free while reporting or addressing issues promptly
- Carry out repairs and planned maintenance to a high standard, following health & safety guidelines
What we’re looking for
- Experience in general maintenance (plumbing, carpentry, painting)
- Knowledge of hot tub care and maintenance (preferred, but training can be given)
- A problem‑solving, can‑do attitude with good attention to detail
- Someone who enjoys working as part of a supportive team
