This role will oversee financial operations ensuring accurate financial reporting and budgeting forecasting. You will be hands-on while offering financial guidance to senior leadership teams, supporting the drive for profitability and operational efficiencies.

  • Preparing and presenting accurate monthly management accounts ensuring compliance with company-wide accounting standards.
  • Preparing budgets and forecasts, and business partnering internally.
  • Analysing costs – identifying areas for improvement and cost reductions to increase profitability.
  • Implementing cost control measures across operations and monitoring KPIs.
  • Financial planning and analysis, collaborating with finance and wider business departments to drive growth.
  • Mentoring the wider finance team, working for a business that drives continuous learning and development from within.
  • Assisting with year-end and external audits annually.
  • Continuous system improvement – involved in future acquisitions and their integration into the group.
