Whistles is a London-based style destination known for timeless design and wardrobe signatures that elevate the everyday. We are looking for a Senior Graphic Designer to champion creativity and deliver graphic and digital design across all communication channels including ecommerce, digital marketing, social media content and retail.
What you'll do
- Continue to develop and elevate our Whistles brand identity across all customer points, implementing season brand guidelines to ensure that all creative aligns with our brand vision and are high-impact.
- Partner closely with the Senior Brand Communications Manager to deliver seasonal campaigns and brand content that brings inspiring design to the forefront.
- Ensure the workflow in the team is managed effectively from brief to final design and delivery, meeting deadlines and handling multiple workstreams simultaneously.
- Coach and nurture a graphic designer, creating a working environment which is motivating and engaging, celebrating success and personal goals.
Who you'll be
- You'll be a Senior Graphic Designer who holds previous experience in a graphics and/or digital design focused role and is always looking to innovate within the design space.
- Previous management experience in supporting a close-knit design team would be beneficial.
- Exceptional Adobe Creative Suite skills (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and previous experience within a fashion, luxury, lifestyle and/or retail business is preferable.
- You'll need to possess excellent typography and visual layout skills as demonstrated in your portfolio.
- Strong project management and communication skills with an appetite to embrace a blended way of working is also important.
