Here at Whistles we're looking for a Brand Marketing and Communications Manager to join our team. In the role, you will be a confident storyteller with solid experience in PR, influencer and communications, ideally within fashion or lifestyle. You enjoy building genuine relationships with press, creators and partners, and you have a good feel for how the media landscape is changing across print, digital and social.
What you'll do
- Youâll help deliver our PR, influencer and communications activity across the UK and international markets, working closely with the Senior Brand Marketing & Communications Manager.
- Your focus will be on increasing brand awareness through press coverage, influencer partnerships, events and integrated campaigns.
- Day to day, youâll lead PR and influencer activity, build and maintain relationships with media and talent, and oversee product placement and VIP programmes.
- Youâll plan and deliver events and launches, support retail and regional marketing initiatives, and work with internal teams to ensure consistent brand representation across all channels.
- Youâll also manage communications assets and budgets, support commercial partnerships, lineâmanage a Communications Executive, and track coverage and performance to share clear insights.

- Relevant experience in an inâhouse/agency PR, communications or marketing role.
- Strong relationships across fashion media, influencers and talent, with a clear understanding of how the media landscape is evolving.
- A genuine interest in fashion, culture and lifestyle trends, and a natural curiosity about whatâs next.
- Confidence juggling multiple projects and deadlines, with a practical, solutionsâfocused approach.
- Ideally experience using Launchmetrics and Microsoft Office (particularly PowerPoint and Excel), including sample management.
