We are looking for a CRM Assistant to support our Whistles brand, who will be responsible for delivering highly engaging CRM campaigns that drive customer KPIs and business growth.

What you’ll do:

  • Responsible for the planning, QA and execution of CRM campaigns across all territories for the brand.
  • Support targeted and personalised CRM activity across customer lifecycle stages, including automated lifecycle journeys where applicable.
  • Work collaboratively with cross-functional internal teams (especially designers and copywriters) to deliver CRM campaigns to business deadlines.
  • Generate weekly reports and write commentary to assess effectiveness of activity and advise direction of future campaigns.
  • Execute test and learn plans for optimising campaign performance and improving customer KPIs (£ per buyer, purchase frequency, FP purchase etc).
  • Work closely with the insights team to track and monitor both campaign performance and customer KPIs.
  • Closely monitor database numbers to ensure there is an accurate view of active opt ins and the impact of activity on churn rates.

  • Proven experience delivering CRM campaigns within an e-commerce retail environment.
  • A confident and creative thinker, with the ability to generate ideas and test them quickly to challenge existing ways of working.
  • Strong relationship‑building skills, with the ability to engage and influence both internal and external stakeholders.
  • High level of emotional intelligence, with a collaborative and people‑focused approach.
  • Passionate about CRM, with a keen interest in staying up to date with industry trends and best practices.
  • Strong intellectual curiosity, with the ability to adapt and think with agility.
  • Highly detail‑oriented, with excellent organisational skills and a focus on quality assurance.
  • Thrives in a fast‑paced environment, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet tight deadlines.
