The successful candidate will be responsible for managing logistics processes, ensuring efficient pick and packing, warehousing, and materials handling. Responsibilities- Manage end-to-end logistics operations, including shipping, receiving, and materials handling.
- Lead and organise teams of people.
- Oversee KPI targets and attend management meetings.

- Implement process improvements to enhance efficiency across the supply chain.
- Coordinate teams of staff, to ensure smooth processes and getting customer orders out the door efficiently.
- Supervise materials handling activities, including the operation of forklifts and other equipment, ensuring safety standards are maintained.
- Oversee Warehouse and Pick and Pack teams, ensuring KPIs are met and stuck to.
