About the Role This Warehouse Supervisor role will involve: Resource and Process Management – Plan resource allocation according to volume and throughput and manage the unloading and loading of deliveries to meet the Service Level Agreements, communicating with internal and external customers to ensure they are kept up-to-date and informed on operational activities. Team Management – Brief and debrief team members and colleagues daily, coordinating team activities, delegating and prioritising work, and managing staff attendance, conduct, and performance in line with company policies and procedures.
