As a Transport Administrator at Whistl, you will be an integral part of our transportation team, ensuring seamless operations and compliance. Your role will encompass the following key responsibilities:
- Act as the first point of contact for drivers, customers, and internal teams, handling queries effectively.
- Monitor and record driver hours, payroll, holiday, and sickness to ensure compliance.
- Maintain transport compliance records (e.g., tachographs, accident reports, regulatory requirements).
- Assist in recruiting drivers and transport staff alongside management and agencies.
- Support disciplinary meetings, note-taking, and general administrative tasks.
- Ensure Health & Safety and regulatory compliance across transport operations.
- Assist with fleet records and vehicle compliance.
