This is a varied role where you'll work closely with customers, mailing houses, and internal teams, supporting everything from bookings and forecasting to project work and account management activities. About the RoleWhat You'll Be Doing Managing daily operational administration, forecasts, collection bookings, and consumable orders. Liaising with customers, mailing houses, and internal departments. Producing and dispatching mailing labels. Processing returned mail and maintaining accurate records. Supporting operational projects, improvements, and business initiatives. Providing administrative support across the Posthub team, including Account Management. Ensuring all tasks are completed accurately and on time. Confident handling customer communications via telephone and email. Good working knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel. Strong organisational and time management skills. Excellent attention to detail and a "right first time" approach. The ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines. A proactive attitude and willingness to learn new systems quickly. Strong communication skills and the ability to build positive working relationships Additional Information - Monday to Friday, 37.5 Hours per week
