We are looking for a Warehouse Supervisor in Northampton to join our team, focusing on Stock Control, Cycle Counts, and Value Added Services (VAS). You’ll play a key role in maintaining high levels of inventory accuracy while ensuring all VAS activities are carried out efficiently and meet customer standards. This is a hands-on supervisory role where you will support and lead a team, work closely with warehouse operations, and continuously improve processes to ensure operational excellence.

About the Role

Key Responsibilities:
  • Perform daily cycle counts and reconcile inventory with the warehouse management system.
  • Identify, investigate, and resolve stock discrepancies.
  • Supervise and ensure all VAS tasks are completed accurately and on time.
  • Maintain accurate records of inventory and VAS activities.
  • Train, mentor, and support the warehouse and VAS team members.
  • Work with internal departments and customers to support operational requirements.
  • Propose and implement process improvements for stock control and VAS efficiency.
  • Assist with general warehouse duties as needed.

Requirements

Skills & Experience:
  • Previous experience in a warehouse supervisory role, with knowledge of stock control and VAS.
  • Proficiency in inventory software, databases, and systems.
  • Proficient with Microsoft Excel, Outlook, and warehouse management systems.
  • Strong attention to detail, problem-solving skills, and ability to work both independently and in a team.
  • Knowledge of value-added services in the 3PL environment.

Additional Information

  • Shift - Any 5 over 7, 40 hours per week, 8:00 am - 16:30.
  • Flexibility is required to work across different shifts and locations on occasion.
