Are you an experienced warehouse operations leader looking for your next challenge?We're looking for an Operations Manager to join our fast-paced fulfilment operation in Lutterworth.

Reporting to the General Manager, you'll lead warehouse operations across multiple shifts, ensuring service, quality, productivity and cost targets are consistently achieved.

This is a hands-on leadership role where you'll oversee people, processes and resources within a busy e-commerce and fulfilment environment.

You'll play a key role in driving operational excellence, developing high-performing teams and delivering outstanding service to customers.

About the Role Key Responsibilities Lead day-to-day warehouse operations across Goods In, Picking, Replenishment, Packing, Returns and Despatch.

Ensure effective labour planning and resource management to meet operational demands and productivity targets.

Manage Shift Managers, Supervisors and Team Leaders, providing coaching, support and performance management.

Drive continuous improvement by identifying process efficiencies and implementing operational enhancements.

Monitor operational KPIs, service levels and costs to maximise performance and control expenditure.

Build strong relationships with customers, carriers and internal stakeholders to ensure exceptional service delivery.

Promote a positive, safety-first culture and ensure compliance with Health & Safety and security procedures.

Support business change initiatives and operational projects across the site.

Deputise for the General Manager when required.

Shift Details Working hours are predominantly Monday to Friday, 40 hours per week.

Requirements What We're Looking For Significant Operations or Warehouse Management experience within a fast-moving FMCG, logistics, fulfilment or e-commerce environment.

Proven ability to lead, motivate and develop large operational teams.

Strong experience managing productivity, service levels, labour planning and operational costs.

Data-driven decision maker with excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.

Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.

Strong commitment to Health & Safety and compliance Experience managing third-party carriers (e. g.

DPD, DX, Royal Mail)Confident using Microsoft Excel and other Microsoft Office applications.

Experience in performance management, employee development, absence management and employee relations processes.
