We are looking for a cafe assistant to join our team in Gateshead depot. This is a fantastic part-time opportunity offering a great range of benefits and weekday shifts .

As a cafe assistant, you will report to the cafe manager and assist with the preparation and sale of food and beverages and be expected to maintain a high standard of food hygiene and cleanliness of the cafe and facilities.
The main responsibilities of this cafe assistant role include are but not limited to:
- Welcoming customers to the cafe.
- Preparing and serving hot food and beverages.
- Taking payments for goods.
- Assisting with inventory and ordering goods if required.
- Maintaining a clean and tidy working environment.
- Upholding a high level of customer service.
- Ensuring that health and safety rules are adhered to and any issues are reported.

Additional Information
This role offers 20 hours per week, Tuesday to Thursday, 9am to 13:00 and Friday 8:00 to 16:00.
