Are you a commercially driven Account Manager looking for your next challenge? At Whistl, we are looking for a confident and proactive Account Manager to manage and grow a portfolio of predominantly government customers, delivering strong commercial performance and exceptional service.
This is a field-based role where you will take ownership of key client relationships, identify growth opportunities, and drive retention, revenue, and profitability across your portfolio.

- Deliver against commercial targets including revenue, volume, and margin.
- Build and deliver effective account plans to drive growth and retention.
- Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities across Whistl services.
- Analyse customer data to identify efficiencies and improvements.

- Work closely with internal teams to ensure excellent service delivery.

Experience managing a portfolio of clients to a high standard, with at least two years relevant experience or an equivalent combination of education, training, and experience.
Ability to lead face-to-face meetings with contacts at all levels within a customer base, e.g. operational contacts, commercial contacts, business owners.
Strong analytical and numeracy skills, including the ability to analyse data and draw relevant conclusions.
Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with colleagues, managers and clients.
Full, valid UK driving licence essential.
Extensive use of telephone, video, and face-to-face communication.
Frequent domestic travel across the UK is required.
