We're seeking an Account Support Coordinator to join our growing Fulfilment team in Wrangaton
Working with a portfolio of ecommerce and retail customers, you'll play a key role in delivering exceptional service, resolving queries, coordinating shipments and supporting day-to-day account activity.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone with customer service, logistics, administration or account support experience who wants to develop a long-term career within Account Management.
About the Role What You'll Be Doing
Supporting customer accounts and responding to enquiries.
Coordinating with Operations, Returns, Finance and Carrier teams.
Investigating stock, delivery and shipment queries.
Managing returns, claims and service issues.
Producing reports and maintaining customer records.
Supporting invoicing and account administration.
Building strong relationships with customers and internal stakeholders.

Requirements
What We're Looking For
Experience in customer service, account support, administration or coordination.
Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
Excellent organisation and attention to detail.
Good Microsoft Office skills, particularly Excel.
A proactive, positive and problem-solving mindset.
Experience handling shipments, returns or carrier queries.
Knowledge of Warehouse Management Systems such as Mintsoft or similar platforms.
Experience within ecommerce, fulfilment, third-party logistics, warehousing, distribution or a similar operational environment is desirable.
Additional information -
Monday to friday 37.5hrs per week Due to the operational nature of the business, additional hours or weekend working may occasionally be necessary.
Occasional travel to other depots may be required
