We’re looking for proactive Shift Managers to join our team in Lutterworth, working with internationally recognised, market-leading brands. About the Role
As a Shift Manager, you’ll oversee depot operations during your shift, managing staff, processes, and resources to ensure efficiency, quality, and cost-effectiveness. Your leadership will help maintain high service standards for our customers.

Key Responsibilities
- Process and Cost & Resource Management
- Oversee all critical shift processes, ensuring compliance with SLAs and SOPs.
- Support shift supervisors in managing resources, workflows, and stakeholder coordination, allocating shift resources efficiently to balance cost control with service quality.
- Leadership & Staff Management
- Communicate effectively with teams, providing clear updates on performance and objectives.
- Monitor attendance, conduct, and performance, offering coaching and development, and ensure staff receive proper training.
- Deputise for the Operations Manager when needed.
- Customer Focus
- Maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders, understand customer needs, and ensure smooth operations and quick issue resolution.
- Health & Safety Compliance
- Ensure all staff, including agency workers, follow Health & Safety policies and record and report any incidents, accidents, or near misses accurately.
- Consumables & Asset Control
- Manage and report on consumables, ensuring optimal usage and availability.

- Shifts Available:
- Morning Shift: 6:00 AM - 2:30 PM
- Evening Shift: 2:00 PM - 10:30 PM
Schedule Format: Any 5 days over 7
