Requirements:
- Proven experience in telephone lead generation and sales.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and time management skills.
- A positive and resilient attitude with the ability to handle objections.
- Strong organisational abilities and attention to detail.
- Working knowledge of CRM systems and Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel).
- A self-starting approach with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Minimum five GCSEs (or equivalent), with good written and numerical skills.
- Previous experience in postal, package, or direct marketing services is an advantage but not essential.
