We're looking for a Business Development Executive to help grow Leafletdrop, Whistl's innovative self-service marketing platform.
Working with SME and e-commerce businesses across the UK, you'll convert inbound and marketing-generated leads into customers, drive repeat business, and help clients get the most from their marketing campaigns.

About the Role
Key Responsibilities
- Convert inbound and marketing-generated leads into customers.
- Identify and develop new business opportunities.
- Build strong relationships with SME and e-commerce clients.
- Deliver online demonstrations of the Leafletdrop platform.
- Grow customer spend and encourage repeat bookings.
- Manage sales activity and pipeline through Hub Spot.
- Work closely with Marketing, Sales and Client Services teams.
- Provide outstanding customer service throughout the sales journey.
- Keep up to date with market trends and customer needs

Requirements
About You
- At least 2-3 years' experience in sales or business development.
- Proven track record of winning and growing business.
- Strong communication, negotiation and relationship-building skills.
- Confident in engaging customers and closing sales.
- Self-motivated, organised and results-driven.
- Excellent customer service skills.
- Competent in Microsoft Office applications.
Desirable
- Working knowledge of Leafletdrop system
- Experience in the postal industry and/or selling to SMEs.
- Additional Information
