We are looking for a Production Coordinator to join our Whisper Documentary team in Kew, working on an exciting new series, and providing support across the wider department.
The role would suit an experienced Production Coordinator with a strong background in the documentary genre, who is confident working to tight deadlines in a fast‑paced and ever‑changing environment, and is equally comfortable working both independently and as part of a team.

Key Responsibilities
- Providing direct support to the Production Management team, assisting with the communication of key production information to Producers and the editorial team
- Coordinating and booking all travel, accommodation, and on‑location requirements for filming
- Produce complex call sheets with accurate and detailed movement orders
- Supporting the Line Producer & Production Managers with raising purchase orders, dealing with expenses, and liaising with finance team where appropriate
- Clearing music & archive material and reporting correctly
- Manage and track all release forms and production paperwork
- Understanding of Health and Safety policies

Knowledge, Skills and Experience
- At least two years\’ experience as a Production Coordinator in a broadcast environment – experience in documentary is desirable
- Experience of working on projects for a range of clients / broadcasters, preferable experience working on projects for SVODs is desirable
- Technical knowledge of camera kit / uploading of rushes is desirable
- You will have good prior knowledge of rights & music clearance; post production paperwork inc & archive clearance
- Excellent IT proficiency
- Comfortable working in a busy ever‑changing environment and able to prioritise tasks and work under pressure
- Good communication skills and an aptitude to learn new tasks & systems as well as a strong team ethic
- Excellent organisational and time management skills
- Strong oral and written communication skills
- Ability to work on your own initiative
- A proactive attitude to work and promoting a positive work ethic in the team
Location
The base for this position is Kew, London.
Working Days
5 day week, 4 days in office and 1 day WFH. You will be expected to work with the team to plan a schedule based on production requirement.
Dates
Start: ASAP till beginning of August 2026, based on experience.
