We are looking for a skilled Graphic Designer to join our fast-paced in-house Business Development team in Kew, London. The ideal candidate will be charged with creating visually compelling pitch decks across our multi-genre slate - in Sport, Branded, Docs, and Entertainment. They will thrive in a fast-paced environment with enthusiasm for the process of building decks and bringing ideas to life in a creative, original way.
A Graphic Design background is essential, alongside excellent writing skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office, Photoshop, Keynote, and software like pitch.com. Working knowledge of and experience in using AI tools to streamline design workflows and generate high-quality decks is desirable. Experience working in a development team and responding to briefs and RFPs is desirable.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES- Support the Business Development team in creating pitch decks for the Docs and Ents teams, as well as responding to tenders for major international sports production and branded contracts.
- Work autonomously and as part of a team to gather information from content experts across the company and come up with ways to visualise creative concepts.
- Build compelling and high-quality pitch decks, templates and storyboards.
- Edit copy that showcases Whisper's credentials and responds effectively to RFPs/ITTs.
- Stay up to date with the sports industry and evolving design landscape, particularly emerging AI tools.
- Take an important role in ensuring that all deliverables align with production and brand guidelines.
- Designing to tight deadlines, whilst maintaining a high standard of work within a fast-paced environment.

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS & EXPERIENCE- 2+ years industry experience at Graphic Designer level.
