Whisper, a leading global production company, is looking for a skilled Graphic Designer to join our fast‑paced in‑house Business Development team in Kew, London. The role focuses on creating visually compelling pitch decks across our multi‑genre slate – Sport, Branded, Docs, and Entertainment – and collaborating with content experts to translate creative concepts into high‑quality deliverables under tight deadlines.
Key Responsibilities
- Support the Business Development team in creating pitch decks for the Docs and Ents teams, as well as responding to tenders for major international sports production and branded contracts.
- Work autonomously and as part of a team to gather information from content experts across the company and develop ways to visualise creative concepts.
- Build compelling and high‑quality pitch decks, templates and storyboards.
- Edit copy that showcases Whisper’s credentials and responds effectively to RFPs/ITTs.
- Stay up to date with the sports industry and evolving design landscape, particularly emerging AI tools.
- Ensure that all deliverables align with production and brand guidelines.
- Design to tight deadlines while maintaining a high standard of work within a fast‑paced environment.
Knowledge, Skills & Experience
- 2+ years of industry experience at the Graphic Designer level.
- Proven ability to translate creative ideas into structured pitch decks.
- Commercially minded, with an understanding of brand objectives.
- Confident presenting ideas and responding to briefs under pressure.
- Strong design sensibility, experience working in Keynote and Photoshop.
- Team player, capable of working at speed and across multiple projects at once.
- Excellent research skills, with the ability to source and compile archive materials, including stills and content for pitch films and decks.
- High standard of written English, with strong attention to spelling and grammar.
- Solid knowledge of, and enthusiasm for, sport, documentaries, entertainment, and TV production in the UK and globally.
- Motion Graphics experience is a bonus.
