We are seeking an experienced Social Media Manager to lead and evolve Whiskey & Wealth Club’s social media presence across key platforms. This role is responsible for shaping how the brand shows up online — from content strategy and creation to community engagement and performance optimisation.
Working closely with the Senior Marketing Manager and wider commercial teams, you will ensure social media supports brand authority, lead generation, and long-term growth.
Key Responsibilities- Social Media Strategy & Execution
- Own and execute the social media strategy across platforms including LinkedIn and Instagram
- Develop and manage content calendars aligned with business priorities, campaigns, and product launches
- Ensure all content reflects the premium positioning and credibility of the brand
- Content Creation & Videography
- Create, edit, and publish high-quality static and video content for social channels
- Produce both long-form and short-form video content
- Write clear, on-brand captions and supporting copy
- Repurpose existing content into social-first formats
- Brand & Community Management
- Act as a brand guardian across all social channels
- Monitor comments, messages, and engagement, responding in line with brand tone
- Support community growth while maintaining brand integrity
- Performance & Optimisation
- Track and report on social media performance including reach, engagement, and audience growth
- Use insights and data to refine content strategy and improve results
- Collaborate with marketing on paid social performance where relevant
- Collaboration & Project Management
- Work closely with Sales, Marketing, Client Services, and Compliance teams
- Coordinate with external agencies, freelancers, and videographers as required
- Manage content approvals, timelines, and publishing schedules
- 2–4 years’ experience managing social media for a brand or business
- Strong portfolio demonstrating social content, campaigns, and video creation
- Confident using platforms such as Instagram and LinkedIn for brand growth
- Experience with tools such as Canva, Figma, Adobe Suite, or similar
- Videography and video editing experience is highly desirable
- Highly organised, detail-focused, and commercially aware
- Comfortable balancing creativity with data and performance insights
