- Overseeing daily restaurant operations and supporting front-of-house leadership across lunch, dinner, and event services within the main hotel.
- Working closely with the Events Manager and senior team to coordinate and deliver bespoke private dining and high-end events.
- Liaising with the kitchen team to ensure a seamless and elevated service in line with fine dining and Michelin-quality expectations.
- Creating a positive work environment and managing the daily shifts of FOH departments.
- Driving and monitoring employee performance, training and standards with a hands-on approach.
- Managing guest experience and handling feedback constructively and professionally.
- Maintaining the highest levels of service, presentation, and guest satisfaction.
- Ensuring health and safety and operational compliance across all touchpoints.
