With a vibrant open sushi kitchen setup featuring live sushi and robata counters, the restaurant will offer guests a dynamic and immersive dining experience.

As Head Sushi Chef, you will lead a talented sushi team with passion, precision, and creativity. This is a unique opportunity to shape the sushi offering at a concept-driven venue that prides itself on both tradition and innovation.

Key Responsibilities

Craft exceptional sushi creations, balancing traditional techniques with modern flair

Lead, manage, and inspire the sushi team to deliver excellence in every dish

Take charge of the sectioninteracting with guests to elevate their experience

Maintain high standards of freshness, consistency, and presentation through effective inventory and quality control

Train and mentor junior chefs, nurturing a culture of continuous improvement

Ensure full compliance with food hygiene, safety, and sanitation regulations

What Were Looking For

Proven experience as Head Sushi Chef in a high-end or fine-dining environment

Mastery of sushi preparation, knife skills, and ingredient handling

Strong knowledge of Japanese culinary traditions and premium ingredients

Calm under pressure, with excellent leadership and communication abilities

Fluent in English
