One of London's modern events caterers is looking to recruit an experienced Head Pastry Chef to run all Pastry Operations from their modern production unit based in Romford.
Creating all items from scratch in a modern kitchen, you will have autonomy over the Pastry work you create.
Hands on role working with a small team and with extra staff during the busy months.
Working mainly Monday to Friday and then working on large events in London when required.
You will have a stable work background from a similar high end events caterer or a 5* hotel background.
You must be eligible to live and work in the UK already. No Visa sponsorship.
