Do you have a passion for excellence, a flair for quality dining with Rosette standards, and a commitment to delivering unforgettable dining experiences? You will be working in a high-energy kitchen seating 40 covers whilst serving seasonal menus, within a small team. I’m seeking both a main kitchen CDP and a Pastry CDP.
Requirements:
- Ideally you will have stable experience in a similar quality restaurant environment as chef de partie.
- A proven ability to run kitchen sections efficiently and confidently under the guidance of the head chef.
- Knowledge of food safety and sanitation standards.
- A keen eye for detail and the ability to consistently deliver excellence under pressure.
- Flexibility to work evenings and weekends.
