We are looking for a commercially focused, research led producer with a bold market facing presence to join our Beauty Connect team. The Conference Producer will play a central role in shaping and delivering Kisaco Research’s fast-growing event; Beauty Connect. This is a high energy, executive-level conference bringing together CEOs, operators, investors, and brands driving the future of the beauty and personal care world.
As Producer, you will take ownership of researching the market, identifying key trends, securing senior-level speakers, and building compelling, commercially relevant agendas that attract decision makers and sponsors. You will work closely with commercial teams, marketing, and operations to ensure every event delivers exceptional content, meaningful networking and real business impact.
You’ll build relationships with industry leaders, conduct in-depth market research, lead speaker calls, shape session formats, and contribute directly to the growth of the portfolio. This is a fast-paced, high visibility role, we are looking for someone with high energy who is ambitious, commercially curious, highly organised and a confident communicator who is excited to speak with senior industry executives, spot emerging trends, and help build market-leading events.
What You’ll Do- Deliver world-class events: Lead the production of Beauty Connect within the consumer portfolio from market research and agenda development through to speaker management and onsite delivery.
- Drive commercial impact: Own the development of a conference programme that underpins delegate and sponsor growth, ensuring content and speakers align with audience demand and commercial objectives.
- Build market expertise: Immerse yourself in the consumer landscape through research, interviews and networking, developing a strong understanding of key trends, challenges and opportunities.
- Collaborate & Innovate: Work closely with marketing and commercial teams to develop compelling narratives and insights into the events, resulting in high attendee and sponsor engagement.

- Conduct in-depth market research and analysis to create relevant, commercially viable events.
- Collaborate with industry experts and thought leaders to develop engaging agendas.
- Develop ideas for creative digital content to support commercial campaign.
- Identify and recruit high-profile speakers and moderators.
- Create deep-industry relationships, with desire to understand organisational structures, business cycles, and needs.
- Work with the marketing campaign manager to identify appropriate marketing channels, implement effective promotion strategies and to ensure that the correct market segments are reached.
- Identify potential sponsors and work with the Commercial Partnerships Manager to agree on the sales plan for your event campaign.
- Work with speakers, consultants, journalists, and other information providers to source and repurpose materials for content marketing.
- Build identity and create buzz around each event with the marketer in the build-up to and during a conference through social media including LinkedIn.
- Develop and manage budgets for each conference, ensuring financial goals are met.
- Work closely with cross functional teams to ensure seamless execution.
- Manage onsite delivery of the event being sure to gain feedback from all those attending, to help improve positioning, content development and direction of that event as well as any ideas for spin-off/related topics.
- Graduated/graduating with a 2:1 or above.
- You will be analytical, commercially minded and dynamic.
- You will be able to articulate and present complex information in an engaging and simple way.
- Great communication skills both written and verbal. English Fluency; right to work in the UK.
- Ability to write crisp engaging copy for a consumer business audience.
- Highly organised, methodical, and process driven.
- High level of attention to detail.
