We’re on the lookout for a Senior Project Manager to join our growing team, to work with one of the UK’s leading retailers. Successful candidates will have previous experience in creative agencies as a project manager. The role requires excellent ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, manage workflow streams and has experience in costing and financial planning of projects. You will be an ambassador for Whippet and the key contact for the client on a daily basis.
You will need to have experience building strong relationships with creative teams and clients, have excellent attention to detail, and be well versed in managing client briefs and deliverables in a fast-paced environment. This is an opportunity to lead a team of creatives and own the day-to-day running of a single key client. You’ll also have freedom to refine processes and ways of working, so the role will suit someone very methodical with impeccable attention to detail. You will be the gatekeeper to ensure all creative assets look their very best before going to the client!
What to expect? Day-to-day as a Senior Project Manager at Whippet you’ll have the opportunity to:
- Take client briefs on a daily basis and manage resource levels and workflow streams
- Manage projects efficiently to ensure deadlines are met
- Decipher briefs and take the lead role on managing client expectations, deliverables, and timelines
- Prepare financial estimates for jobs and ensure they run on budget
- Manage a high level of assets ensuring efficient turnaround
- Act as quality assurance and sign off on all creative assets
- Manage the creative team output with leadership and be pragmatic in finding solutions
- Ensure that deliverables and timelines are clearly communicated to the creative team
- Run monthly campaigns which require high attention to detail
